I’m not sure if it was just my lighting or what, but the shade looked completely different once I had it at home. It was way off from what I expected. Has anyone else had that happen?

I had a little problem with my order and sent lick.com a message not really expecting much. They replied really fast and got it sorted with no fuss at all. The person I spoke to was friendly too which made the whole thing feel easy. I'd definitely order again.

It went on really smoothly and I didn’t have to mess with it much at all. I guess it could depend on what you’re using it for, but in my case it was super easy and totally fuss-free.

I got the paint and bits I ordered, and everything was there. It just took me a minute to check through it all, but nothing was missing and it was all right.

I had to return a paint tin because I’d ordered the wrong shade, which was totally my fault. The return process was kinda easy to sort out, and I got updates without needing to chase anyone. The refund came through quicker than I expected too. Really good service, I’d definitely use Lick again

I ordered a couple of tins from lick.com and, to be fair, the colours were really nice and matched the samples closely. I think most people would be happy with the shades themselves, as they looked pretty much how I expected once they were on the wall.
The paint was okay to use, but it did take more coats than I thought it would, especially over a lighter wall. I also noticed it marked a bit more easily than I’d hoped once it had dried, which might be frustrating for anyone painting a busy room or hallway.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but for the price I expected it to feel a bit more premium. I’d maybe use it again for a small room or feature wall, but I’d probably think twice before buying loads of it

I think it arrived yesterday, or maybe the day before, but either way the box was packed really nicely. Everything looked neat and there wasn’t any damage that I could see

The paint does look nice once it dries, and the finish is smooth, so I’ll give it that. But the coverage really wasn’t what I expected. I ended up needing extra coats, which made it more expensive than planned and completely messed up my timeline for getting the room finished. I thought I’d be done and have the space back together that weekend, but nope. It’s not terrible paint, just not as impressive as I’d hoped.

I found the colours really fast, like fast fast, and checkout was simple enough. No fuss, no hassle.

I had a colour consultation with Lick and it was genuinely really useful. I’d been going back and forth between a few shades for ages, especially because the light in my room changes so much during the day. They helped me narrow it down and choose something that actually suits the space. It felt really relaxed too, no pressure or pushy sales vibe at all. I’m so pleased with the final colour.

They looked different once I had them at home, so ordering them didn’t feel that worth it.

I bought some wallpaper from Lick and, to be fair, the colour was pretty much exactly like the photos, which was really nice. The overall quality is okay, I guess, but the paper did feel a bit thinner than I was expecting, and it marked quite easily while we were putting it up. It does look good now that it’s all finished, so I’m happy enough with the end result, but i’m not totally sure I’d spend that much on it again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this paint. It cost a little less than I expected, and once it was on the wall, it looked really nice. For anyone else comparing options and trying to stay on budget, I think this is a good pick

I was disappointed with the service. I had planned my day around this and was expecting things to go smoothly, but it ended up being a letdown and basically ruined my plans. Not really something I’d recommend.

I really liked the colors, and at first the whole low-VOC, better-for-the-planet angle sounded great to me. But when the order showed up, there was more packaging than I expected, and my gut reaction was kind of, “Hmm, this doesn’t feel quite as green as it sounded.”
I’m not saying they aren’t doing anything good, because maybe they are. I just wish the details were clearer and had more actual proof behind them. The labels and wording were nice, but it left me feeling a little unsure.
